These terms apply to your use of gymsharkzmtp.shop and to orders placed through this Canadian shop. You must be legally able to use the storefront and must provide accurate information needed to complete an order. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Brand names, marks, product content, site content, and other materials belong to their respective rights holders and may not be copied, reproduced, or used outside ordinary personal shopping without their permission. Checkout, payment, delivery, tracking, and returns may involve third-party services that operate under their own terms.

Shipping, returns, and refunds are governed by the current policies linked in the footer and by the order-specific instructions provided by support. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the storefront and its service providers are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, but mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights. We may update these terms when the storefront or its services change.
